About The Group
We have been training together since 2011. When the group started, I devised a set of simplified Tai Chi Exercises that would give much of the benefit of Tai Chi but in a more simple and easier to understand way
About Me
I have a lot of experience teaching Tai Chi to people with learning needs but am not a qualified carer. I endeavor to make the sessions fun for anyone who comes no matter what their physical, emotional or mental needs may be.
About You
As I am not a professional carer, if your care needs require that you need a carer with you then the carer can come for free. Carers often enjoy joining in and also get benefit from the session.
If you would like to join a small but friendly group that will improve your physical and mental wellbeing - it's worth a try!
Learning Support Tai Chi
The Learning Support Tai Chi sessions are on Fridays at 1:30pm
The venue is Wake House, 41 North Street, Bourne, Lincs PE10 9AE, in the Ki-Ways Studio (Overlooking the free car park)
The studio has wheelchair access and is close to the disabled toilets.
The cost is £5.00 to be paid on the day. If you are coming for the first time or haven't been for a few months then please let me know that you are coming so that i can make sure that there is room for you to enjoy the session.
I can also give one-to-one sessions in my studio at Wake House or come out to you. The fee for this would obviously be different, if you are interested, please get in contact.
If you would like to try the session, please contact me
