Terms and Conditions for Private Class or Treatment

1. General Information
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all private classes or treatments provided by [Your Name/Business Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Instructor" or "Practitioner").
1.2 By booking a private class or treatment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.3These conditions do not apply to group classes which are done on a pay as you turn up basis

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All classes or treatments must be booked in advance via ray@ki-ways.co.uk/phone number 07413 620344, or verbally.
2.2 Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, PayPal.
2.3 Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellations made by the client must be notified at least 2 working days prior to the scheduled class or treatment for a full refund.
3.2 Cancellations made less than one working day prior to the class or treatment are non-refundable.
3.3 In the event the Instructor or Practitioner cancels the class or treatment, a full refund will be issued, or it will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.
3.4 Rescheduling requests from the client must be made at least 2 working days in advance and are subject to availability. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days.

4. Attendance and Conduct
4.1 Classes or treatments will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to maximize their experience.
4.2 Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the class or treatment without a refund.
4.3 The Instructor or Practitioner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate.

5. Liability
5.1 The Instructor or Practitioner will not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the class or treatment.
5.2 Clients participate at their own risk and should disclose any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations prior to the class or treatment.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All materials provided during the class or treatment, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and recordings, remain the intellectual property of the Instructor or Practitioner.
6.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties.

8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendments
9.1 The Instructor or Practitioner reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via the Ki-Ways mailing list.
